How to Report Spam/Phishing

In order to help prevent spam and phishing, it is vital that we report the spam and phishing attempts that get through. But we need to send the e-mail in the proper format or they’re useless to our spam filtering service.

Outlook 2010

Use the Junk Reporting Add-In to send spam/phishing automatically to abuse@frontbridge. Click Junk > Report Junk. It does everything for you.

If you don’t have the Junk Reporting Add-In, forward the message to abuse@frontbridge.com by clicking More > Forward as Attachment. Or highlight the message in the message list and press Ctrl+Alt+F. (If you just click Forward, you omit key information they need to identify and filter the message)
