| Student Network Connection Guide
Intro To CSUSM Network
All you will need to connect to the CSUSM Network is a
CSUSM username and password. Please
contact the Student Technology
Help Desk if you have any problems or questions.
You may use any Computer Lab
computer on campus. There is a
Pay for Print Policy for all printouts in computer labs.
If you have a personal laptop and want to use it on the
CSUSM network, you can use the wired network jacks available
in Academic Hall room 202.
Wireless Network
Cal State San Marcos has a Wireless
Network. If you have a personal laptop
that has a wireless card and want to use it on the CSUSM
wireless network, please check the
Connection Setup Instructions
and Wireless
Locations to utilize the wireless network.
Having an Internet Connection at home can be helpful on
those days when you can not make it on campus, but still need
to check your email from home. If you don’t have an
Internet Connection at home and would like one, please check
out our Dialup service option.
