The Student Technology Helpdesk (STH) is an integral part of User Support Services in IITS.  

STH's services are available to the campus community 83 hours per week during the Fall and Spring terms.  STH Hours match the Kellogg Library hours.  STH's services include CCR exam coordination, equipment checkout for students (including laptops, headsets, cameras, camcorders, and tripods), and software training for faculty and staff.  STH also supports CalStateTeach, the CSU's cutting-edge teacher preparation program. We provide student user-account services, student housing network support, and support the University's pay-for-print system.  Student online course support and large-format printing services are also provided by STH.

Our team helps users with classroom technology, PC, Macintosh, and UNIX-based computers, and multimedia equipment. We provide application support in our computer labs, dialup and wireless networking help, and refresh the computers in all computing labs on a scheduled basis.
