6th Annual CSUSM Student Media Festival

Please fill out the following form for the juried student media festival.

Open to all CSUSM students who want to submit work completed in the last two years.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS FOR VIDEO:

• Must be less than 15 minutes
• Must have titles and credits, black at heads and tails
• Must be accompanied by a jpeg image representing your video (image may be supplied on the server; place in folder labeled with your name).
• Must have a detailed synopsis, summed up in 50 words or less.

Jury Selection Process, May 6, Notification of Selection via email: May 9.

Screening and Award Ceremony: May 13, 7:00pm, Arts 111

ANY SUBMISSIONS WHICH DO NOT HAVE COMPLETE INFORMATION WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

Due date for submissions is Thursday, May 5, 5pm (NO EXCEPTIONS).

You will receive instructions for uploading your video after you have submitted this form.
