Where should I save departmental documents?

Documents that need to be accessed by more than one person in your department should be placed here. Unique permissions can be assigned to folders inside the departmental folder depending on what kind of access you want to give to whom. If you don’t have access or need to change permissions to that folder, please contact the Exchange Administrator.  Please contact the Faculty and Staff Help Desk to request a “Mapped Drive” to your department’s folder.
