From login - press the sequence of numbers and follow prompts (exception: activate out-of-office greeting)

Change Security Code (passcode)	3-1-4 and follow prompts
Record Name	3-1-5 and follow prompts
Record Standard Greeting	3-1-3-2 and follow prompts
Record & Activate Out-of-Office Greeting	3-1-3-3 and follow prompts
Activate Out-of-Office Greeting	3-1-3-3-5 hang up and test
Turn off Out-of-Office Greeting	4 and continue normal voicemail functions
To Continue Out-of-Office Greeting	5 and continue normal voicemail functions
Back up one menu or cancel action	*

Test Greetings:   Call 3400, press 1, Enter Mailbox Number and #

The order in which messages are played and when the system plays the date/time the message arrived can be changed.  These are your options.

Order in which messages are heard:
First In First Out (FIFO)	3-2-5-1    (default)
Last In First Out (LIFO)	3-2-5-2

After the sequence of numbers, press * to back out of this shortcut or hang up.
