The table isn't too complex at first look. But the headings each have merged cells. And since some of the content wraps inside the cells, the vertical alignment will be off until it is fixed.

To start:
  1. Click the "Inserts a new table" button
  2. Choose number of columns and rows
  3. Cellpadding and cellspaceing should be 3
  4. Alignment should never be center. Set it to nothing ot "Left"
  5. Border: 0
  6. Width: 100% or less (in this case it is 50%)
  7. Class: Table-Alt-H
  8. Click "Ok"
  9. Submit your page changes. (If you don't submit the page, the table cells will not appear)

Type in your content for the table cells.

Each section needs to become a heading, and the entire row's cells need to be merged.

  1. Highlight the first row of the table
  2. Right Click and Choose "Cell| Merge table cells"
  3. Right Click inside that cell and choose "Cell/ Table cell properties"
  4. Cell Type: Header
  5. Click "Update"

This will both merge the entire row into one cell, and create a header style. to see the results, submit the page.

Repeat this process for each section that you need a header.

Because the content in the table wraps in some of the cells, not all of the cells have the same vertical alignment. to fix this, the vertical alignment can be set for the entire table.

  1. Right click any cell and choose "Cell| Table cell properties"
  2. Set Vertical alignment to: Top
  3. At the bottom of this windowm choose "Update all cells in table"
  4. Click "Update"

This table has multiple merged cells and headings.
