Move requests involving phones and computers should
be made at least 2 weeks in advance to allow for preparation
and coordination between IITS and Facilities.
All coordination within IITS is done through Telephone
Services. Move requests for phones and computers
must be submitted via ESP.
Telephone change requests can be made via email to
tservices@csusm.edu or complete the
Change Phone Request Form and email it or fax
it to telephone services (Fax: 760-750-3010). Contact
Telephone Services to discuss options, but requests
must be made via email or fax.
Disconnects

Billing
Faculty and staff with
Data
Portal access can view their own extension charges
and call records. For Data Portal access issues, call
the help desk at 750-4790. For access to department
accounts, send email to tservices@csusm.edu.
Requests for account access must be from someone with
budget authority for which the account access is requested.
Bills include office telephone charges (monthly and
long distance), cell phones, calling cards, phone
installation and move charges as well as computer
move charges.

Calling
Cards
Calling cards can be requested via email. Requests
must be from a budget manager. They are used
for work related calls while traveling or when working
from home. We can establish
a calling card service in 2 days and the card arrives in
approximately 7 days.
Long
Distance Services
Most campus phones allow long distance services via
authorization code. To request an
authorization code, an ESP must be submitted by
a budget manager or an email may be sent to
kpendo@csusm.edu. Long
Distance Dialing instructions can be viewed at
this website when on campus. |
