Course Evaluations

During the summer of 2006, Institutional Planning & Analysis (IP&A) implemented a new processing solution for course evaluations. The product, Class Climate by ScanTron Corporation, has streamlined and added greater value to the course evaluation process. Using an imaging scanner the questionnaires are digitized and processed at a speed of 40 pages per minute. The raw data is then statistically analyzed and turned into graphically prepared PDF evaluation reports, which are then sent automatically to instructors by email.
