  • receive resources and ideas to further explore online tools.
  • plan an activity using a Web 2.0 tool for the classroom.

Introduction:
This Web 2.0 Workshop will provide an overview of new Internet tools that provide opportunities for collaboration, productivity and creativity in the classroom. These tools are based on interaction among participants and facilitate social networking in a variety of ways. During this session, teachers will explore these free interactive tools, practice their use and identify specific tools and activities for use in their own classroom. Discussions will provide insight into strategies for implementing Web 2.0.
