Use correct Jump technique!

Remember:

  1. jump 3 DAYS per week, on non-consecutive days if possible
  2. jump on a HARD SURFACE WITHOUT SHOES (socks are OK)
  3. land with BOTH FEET TOGETHER, as flat-footed as possible
  4. use a STEP, HOP, DROP technique
  5. put an “X” on your calendar for each day you complete your jumps.
