Steps to declare a Depth of Study:

Traditional Option

Step 1: Print and complete the Declaration of Liberal Studies Major form
 
Step 2: Print and complete a Depth of Study Worksheet
 
Step 3: Bring Both Completed Forms to your advisor located at Craven 1300.

Step 4: An advisor will sign and forward the declaration to Registration & Records

ICP (Integrated Credential Program)

Step 1: Declartion of Liberal Studies Major form will be completed and collected in the ICP orientation.

Step 2: Print and complete the Depth of Study Worksheet from the list.

Step 3: Turn in Depth of Study Worksheet to ICP office.

  • ICP Students, University Hall 222.

Step 4: An ICP advisor will sign and forward the declaration to Registration & Records.

  • NOTE: The Depth of Study is required for catalog years Fall 2004 to Current or "pink sheet" only.

If you are following catalog years through 2003 (purple, green, and orange sheets) you must choose a Special Field instead of a Depth of Study.
