What Their Writing Has to Say"

Despite the administration's suggestion to eliminate Cal State San Marcos' 2500- word All-University writing requirement, Literature & Writing's (LTWR's) departmental assessment of student writing indicates that students clearly benefit as thinkers and writers by engaging in a thorough writing process that includes "deep revision" of at least 2500 words per course, per semester.
