Biography: Bruce Louis Rich, Ph.D.
Bruce Louis Rich is an Associate Professor of Management. He received his PhD in Management from the University of Florida. He also holds an MBA from the University of Florida, an LL.M. in International Law from the University of Miami, and a Juris Doctorate from Louisiana State University.
His research has been published in a variety of journals, including the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, the Journal of Management, the Journal of Vocational Behavior, Florida State and Syracuse University Law Reviews. His research has received honors including the William A. Owens Scholarly Achievement Award for the best publication appearing in a referred journal in the field of Industrial-Organizational Psychology and best paper awards from the Academy of Management.
Prior to his academic career he was engaged in the practice of law in both the business and legal communities with Carnival Cruise Lines, Intel, and REI.
