WANTED: Commencement Volunteers - Deadline: Apr. 10
We still need Commencement volunteers! Deadline to sign up is Wednesday, Apr. 10!
As we continue to prepare for our biggest day of the year, we are again looking for individuals interested in volunteering at Commencement. Commencement is a time for us to share in the excitement and importance of the academic accomplishments of our students. For the second year, there will be four ceremonies – one for each of our four colleges – all of which combine undergraduate and post-baccalaureate graduates and are scheduled as follows:
Friday, May 17, 2013
- College of Business Administration (CoBA) 10:30 a.m. (NO MORE VOLUNTEERS NEEDED)
- College of Education, Health & Human Services (CoEHHS) 4:30 p.m. (Volunteers needed 3pm – 7:30pm)
Saturday, May 18, 2013 (Volunteers needed for full day – 8 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.)
- College of Humanities, Arts, Behavioral & Social Sciences (CHABSS) 9:30 a.m.
- College of Science & Mathematics (CSM) 3 p.m.
We estimate that we will need approximately 50 volunteers for each ceremony, so please consider signing up to be part of this significant celebration of our students!
In order to properly plan, we ask for volunteer sign-ups by Wednesday, Apr. 10. If you have questions, please contact Janelle Temnick, Commencement coordinator, at jtemnick@csusm.edu.
Thank you in advance. See you at Commencement!
