Events & Conference Services Scheduling Updates

Scheduling updates:
Due to the add/drop period during each semester--No classrooms or computer labs request will be accepted for meetings/events until Sep. 17, 2012 (with the exception of U-Hour on Tuesdays and Thursdays).

Fall 2012:
Event & Conference Services Department will now begin accepting event and meeting requests for fall 2012. Requests for classrooms and computer labs will not be confirmed until released from Academic Scheduling.  We are continuing with the “first-come, first-served” scheduling format; therefore, it is best to submit your requests as early as possible.

**No Classrooms will be scheduled during the week of finals, Dec. 10-15, 2012.

Spring 2013:
Event & Conference Service will announce the opening of spring 2013 towards the end of summer.
