Enrollment Management Services
It is my pleasure to announce that Scott Hagg has accepted the position of associate vice president for Enrollment Management Services (EMS), starting on Jan. 7, 2013. Scott brings a wealth of enrollment management experience, a collaborative spirit and a sincere enthusiasm to join the Cal State San Marcos community.

In 1998 Scott accepted a position at the University of Minnesota where he served as the assistant director of Admissions for one year prior to assuming responsibilities as the director of Admissions. Scott’s CSU career began in 2003 at Humboldt State University where he served as the director of Admissions, Outreach and Records until being appointed interim dean of Admissions and Enrollment Management in March 2012.
On behalf of the Division of Student Affairs, I would like to thank everyone who contributed to the search process. I would also like to express my appreciation to the Enrollment Management Services team, including Interim Associate Vice President Dr. Lorena Meza, for their contributions to the EMS area during recent months. Please join me in welcoming Scott to CSUSM in the new year.
