Please join us at a reception as we celebrate Dr. Welch's 23 years of service as a professor of chemistry at CSUSM.  Professor Welch was a professor of chemistry & pharmacy at the University of Houston for 20 years before becoming the Founding Faculty of the Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry at CSUSM. His steady guidance in shaping the department, as well as the College of Arts & Sciences, in the early years of the University was a tremendous asset to the CSUSM community.
