CSUSM Fall Library Exhibit: Earth from Space

The Kellogg Library at California State University San Marcos (CSUSM) announces a new art exhibit titled "Earth from Space". The exhibit will feature a set of twenty satellite images from the Smithsonian Institute. Rare views of events such as dust storms, wildfires, volcanic eruptions, and hurricanes are accompanied by text explaining satellite imagery and remote-sensing technology.
Images are on display from September 14 through December 19, 2009. Free and open to the public during all library hours. For more information: (760) 750-4378.
