CSUSM Physics to Host Robot Expo

What: California State University San Marcos (CSUSM) Physics Department Robot Expo and Open House. 

When: Friday, Dec. 11, 2009 beginning at 12 p.m. Event includes a robot contest (12 - 2 pm), Open Physics Lab featuring new rotating fluid and plasma experiments (2-3 pm), and showing of a physics related movie, Star Trek, with a best of/worst of discussion to follow (3-5 pm).

Where: CSUSM, Science Hall 2, Room 251

Why: To showcase the department, recent student and faculty research, and engage students in the exciting field of physics.
