CSUSM Announces Spring 2010 "In the Executive's Chair" Series
"In the Executive's Chair," a popular course at Cal State San Marcos in the College of Business Administration, kicks off the year with a dozen senior executive-level guests visiting campus to share tips, tricks, strategies and challenges of running a business or organization.
Inspired by the Bravo television series, Inside the Actor's Studio, the class is part of the Center for Leadership Innovation and Management Building (CLIMB). Rajnandini "Raj" Pillai Ph.D. and David Bennett serve as the hosts. The intention is to help students learn from the best by bringing in top business leaders to talk about their careers, their companies, and the critical business decisions they commonly face.
The class meets from 10:00 to 11:50 a.m. most Thursdays through April in Markstein Hall, Room 125. The discussions are open to members of the campus and business community at no charge, space permitting.
