Ana Ardón is a researcher conducting collaborative and applied research in the areas of educational equity, civic engagement, and community development. Since joining the NLRC in 2002, she has worked in diverse research projects that incorporate focus groups, data analysis, and evaluations of community-based programs. Ana also assists in the coordination of research workshops, trainings, and cultural events, as well as the development of NLRC publications including the NLRC Newsletter.

 

Her professional focus is to apply research-based knowledge to help develop stronger, better-served, and more empowered communities.

 

Ana received her M.A. in Sociological Practice and her B.A. in Sociology from Cal State San Marcos.
