Minimum Qualifications to Enter the Traditional BSN Program
There are two minimum requirements to be considered for admission to the Traditional BSN program:
- Completion of the Pre-Nursing Core, or equivalents, with a minimum 2.75 GPA by the end of Spring term prior to the Fall admission cycle. College coursework must be completed at regionally-accredited institution, accredited byWASC, or other regional affiliate.
- Obtain a minimum composite score of 71.0% on the TEAS exam, version 5.0 or higher, by the stated deadline in link for Submittal Deadlines.
Please be aware the Traditional program is Impacted; therefore, our approved Supplemental Admission Criteria (a Point System) will be utilized to rank order all applicants. We are predicting that our State funding will allow us to admit only 40 Traditional BSN students.
