Public Computer Desk Assistant needed for 5 - 10 hours per week.  This person will assist patrons in accessing public computers using EnvisionWare software, help patrons with Internet and Word software such as Word, PowerPoint etc.  and provide minor troubleshooting of soft/hardware.  This person must have to ability to work well with the public, have good communication skills, basic knowledge of software and ability to function at a fast paced public desk.

Adult Literacy: Opportunities to tutor adult English speakers in reading, writing, math and basic computer skills. Also opportunities to assist with event planning and to assist in the Literacy Office with special projects. Please call for more service opportunities at the library.

Fraternity House and Michaelle House are residential homes for individuals living with HIV/AIDS. Residents live in a home-like environment which provides 24-hour comprehensive care, support, and rehabilitation services.

Service learning opportunities include:

· Assisting in resident activities
· House and landscape maintenance
· Assisting with special events/fundraisers
· Help staff prepare meals
