Public Computer Desk Assistant needed for 5 - 10 hours per week. This person will assist patrons in accessing public computers using EnvisionWare software, help patrons with Internet and Word software such as Word, PowerPoint etc. and provide minor troubleshooting of soft/hardware. This person must have to ability to work well with the public, have good communication skills, basic knowledge of software and ability to function at a fast paced public desk. Adult Literacy: Opportunities to tutor adult English speakers in reading, writing, math and basic computer skills.
