Twin Oaks Continuation High School is a San Marcos District high school for students who need an intimate academic setting to reach their potential. The high school averages approximately 200 students, many who lack sufficient credits for graduation or have had behavioral problems in the traditional high school setting.  The school is scheduled by trimesters and classes are from 7:30 am - 12:45 pm; service opportunities may also exist beyond 12:45 pm for those who are interested.  This is a wonderful opportunity to volunteer as a mentor, big brother/sister, or academic tutor for a teen; all these high school students could benefit from your personal/professional background, personal/academic achievements, and overall developing skills, knowledge and life experience.  Please no baseball caps of any kind, and no Oakland Raider or SD Chargers sportswear.
Welcomes all disciplines including students needing to use their Spanish.

Fingerprinting and background check are required.
Please contact Mr. B directly to set up your service learning opportunity.
