Sasabe Avanzando:

An idea whose time has come

Date: April 3, 2012
Time: Noon-1:00 pm
Location: Mark 125

Sasabe is a small Mexican border town located south of Tucson, AZ. Once a flourishing adobe brick making pueblo, Sasabe is now fighting human traffickers and drug cartels.

The less than 2,000 residents have chosen to recapture their community through education and economic development.

Interested in having your students help? R. Hugh Margesson, a founding member of Sasabe Avanzando, invites you and your students to hear the Sasabe story and discuss how you can help implement the Sasabe vision.

STUDENTS ARE INVITED!
