Who is Eligible?
To participate in the TRiO/Talent Search Program students must:
- Be enrolled at either Oceanside High School or El Camino High School
- Be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States
- Be first-generation college bound (natural and/or adoptive parent student resides with has not completed a baccalaureate degree)
- Meet the following family income levels determined by the U.S. Department of Education

Per federal guidelines two-thirds of participants selected must meet both income guidelines and first generation eligibility criteria.
