Who is Eligible?
To participate in the Educational Talent Search Program students must:
- Be enrolled at either Oceanside High School or
- Jefferson Middle School
- Be citizens or permanent resident of the United States
- Be first-generation college bound where neither parents have completed a four-year college degree.
- Meet the family income levels determined by the U.S. Department of Education.
