Who is Eligible?

To participate in the TRiO/Talent Search Program students must:

  • Be enrolled at either Oceanside High School or El Camino High School                
  • Be a citizen or permanent resident of the United States
  • Be first-generation college bound where neither parents have completed a four-year college degree
  • Meet the following family income levels determined by the U.S. Department of Education
          2011 Federal Low Income Guidelines
