Who is Eligible?
- 8th graders planning to enroll at one of the four target schools:
El Camino HS Escondido HS Oceanside HS Orange Glen HS
- Students who are citizens or permanent residents of the United States
- Students whose family income meets federal guidelines (below) OR students who are first-generation college bound (neither parents have not completed a four year college degree)
