Information Request:
As part of the federal regulations for Upward Bound, we are required to track our students after their high school graduation through postsecondary education completion.
Please assist us by completing the Alumni Information Request Form. All completed forms can be submitted via email to Lia (imauga@csusm.edu) and/or by fax: 760-750-3089.

Therefore, all services offered to our participants are FREE.
