Registration rate is $75.00 (by April 1st) and includes a continental breakfast, lunch, parking, and forum materials. After April 1, registration is $90.00.
If you are unable to join us in person but would still like to view the keynote address and leadership panel, you may purchase a DVD for $20.00.

Refund Policy: If you cancel your registration more than two weeks before the forum, you will receive a full refund. No refunds for cancellations within two weeks of the forum.
