What role do credentials and experience play in the competitive process? What factors most frequently determine whether a candidacy advances from one stage of the search process to the next? Why does the search process lead to different results for candidates with seemingly similar credentials and experience? These and related questions will be explored in this Webinar by means of a brief introductory presentation followed by open discussion.
