Enrollment Control Form

This form should only be used to make the following changes:
  • Make a Section ACTIVE or TENTATIVE or STOP ENROLLMENT
  • Change Consent
  • Turn Schedule Print On or Off
  • Turn Waitlist On or Off
  • Add Reserve Cap
