Form Directions

ADD a New Section:
  • All the time: Complete a (SAC) Section Add/Cancel Form – sections A, B, C, & D
  • After Schedule is Posted: Please make sure the Dean’s Office has approved adding any new sections (include the approval in the email trail to acdsched)
  • For Orientations the Dean’s Office will handle the opening of new sections. There is no need to send forms.

DELETE a Section:

CANCEL a Section:

CHANGE the Time or Day for a Section:

Make a Section ACTIVE:

  • All the time: Use a Enrollment Control Form

Assign MORE THAN ONE Faculty to a single section:

  • All the time: Use a (FAF) Faculty Assignment Form - indicate percent responsibility in the "% Resp" box
    • Team Taught is 50/50 - each instructor gets 50%
    • Overseeing faculty (who are not teaching) - get NI ("Not Included")
