TRANSIT PASSES

Parking and Commuter Services along with North County Transit District is subsidizing the cost of the Econo pass to offer a $29.00 SPRINTER/BREEZE pass for students, faculty and staff for fall and spring semesters.  Summer semester the pass is $49.00. To be eligible for the College Monthly Pass, a valid CSUSM ID is required. Verification of employment and/or enrollment may also be required. Limited amount sold at this discounted price, thereafter it is $49.00

The Compass card is a plastic card that is reloadable and reusable.  CSUSM transit riders will still come to the Parking office to pay for their pass, but now the compass card will automatically get downloaded with the monthly fare at the transit station or on the bus when you "tap" the card on the card validator.

The College monthly and Econo Breeze/Sprinter pass will be offered through the Parking and Commuter Services Office during normal business hours, the 1st  through 15th for the following month. (i.e. September pass is purchased in August).  All other passes can be bought at other fare distribution locations.  See the North County Transit District website for more information.

The BREEZE bus route 347 will run westbound from the Cal State SPRINTER station stopping at Craven Circle then continuing to Palomar College with a stop at the corner of Via Vera Cruz and San Marcos Boulevard.  The eastbound 347 will travel from Palomar to the SPRINTER station, stopping again at Via Vera Cruz and Craven Circle. 

Route 347 will run in conjunction with the arrival and departure of the SPRINTER.

This route will run Monday through Friday beginning at 5:20 am at the Cal State SPRINTER station. The last run of the day departs Craven Circle at 7:37 pm.

This is a regular North County bus and has set arrivals and departures, so plan accordingly.  The driver will not delay for individuals.

The College Monthly Pass can be used on both the BREEZE and SPRINTER.
