LONG TERM FACULTY/STAFF PERMITS ARE NOW AVAILABLE
On Tuesday, October 20th through Friday, October 23rd and again Monday, November 9th through Thursday, November 12th Parking and Commuter Services will be exchanging the current long term permit with the new long term permit. Permits will be exchanged between 8:00am and 5:00pm at the PACS office located in FCB 107. Please bring photo ID. We will be checking CSUSM employment status.
For your convience, the long term permit application is available for you online, feel free to download the application, completely fill out the top portion, sign it and bring it in with you.

SPRING 2010 PARKING PERMITS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE
Spring 2010 parking permits are available for purchase on November 9, 2009. Semester/general permits can be purchased in the Parking and Commuter Services office located in FCB 107 (Foundation Classroom Building) and in the cashier's office in the Cougar Central (Craven 3800). All other permits are available in the Parking and Commuter Services office.
Students who purchase their Spring 2010 parking permit online will automatically be entered into an opportunity drawing to have their parking permit fee REFUNDED*. There will be two lucky winners!
Purchase your parking permit online between November 9, 2009 and January 3, 2010 and it will be sent to the mailing address the University has on file.
*Refund for Spring 2010 parking permit only; will not include convenience fee.
PARKING LOT CLOSED EVERY WEDNESDAY (LOWER LOT B)
Every Wednesday from 3:00 pm - 7:00 pm, CSUSM hosts the San Marcos Farmer's Market, sponsored by Event and Conference Services, in Parking Lot B. At the market, you'll find fresh, locally grown, healthful produce including fruit, vegetables, eggs, and honey. You will enjoy demonstrations, music, artisanal breads and prepared foods, tastings, and more. The market is certified by the state meaning that the produce is being sold by the grower, is grown in California, and meets all California quality standards. Stop by to check it out.
Please note: In suport of this community event the west half of Parking Lot B (lower lot B) will be closed every Wednesday for the Farmer's Market. As an alternative, we recommend parking in Lot s X, Y or Z which can be accessed from Twin Oaks Valley Road.

TAKE THE SPRINTER TO CAMPUS
Sprint Down the 78 Corridor. Sprinter passes are available at all 15 Stations along the route for a cost of $2.00 per one-trip ticket or $5.00 for a Day Pass with unlimited rides. Discounted College Pass available in Parking and Commuter Services Office (FCB 107). Shuttle service from the Sprinter Station to Campus will be provided from 6:45 am to 9:00 pm Monday through Friday. (More Info)
