| The final level of adjudication is resolved at the Vista Superior
Courthouse. Within 30 calendar days of the mailing date of the disposition of the Administrative Hearing (level 2), you may seek the third and final review by filing the appropriate paperwork at the Vista Superior Courthouse. The fee for filing at the court house is $25.00. The court shall retain the $25.00 fee regardless of the outcome. The decision of the court is final.
