Purchase Parking Permit Online (Student)
Fall 2011 general parking permits are now available for purchase online, or in the Parking and Commuter Services office located in PSB 63 (Public Safety Building) and in the cashier's office in the Cougar Central (Craven 3800). Purchase online on or before August 14, 2011 and the permit will be mailed to the address on file at the university.

This link will re-direct you to My CSUSM. From there please log into you student services financial account, go to make a payment and choose the purchase a permit option.
Parking and Commuter Services assumes no responsibility for incorrect mailing addresses. If the address shown in SMARTWeb is not correct, please cancel your request. Address changes must be completed in the Enrollment Services office prior to ordering your permit.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Since November 1, 2002 credit card payments have been processed by Smart Pay, a service owned and operated by Informed Decisions, Corp. (IDC)By partnering with IDC we are now able to accept, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Electronic checks. IDC is no longer able to accept Visa. A convenience fee of 2.9% will be added to your payment and collected by IDC. You will leave the Cal State San Marcos web services to use the IDC Smart Pay system. You will need to log in again using your campus SMART web ID and PIN. Your data will be kept private and only used by Cal State San Marcos and the service provider, IDC.
