Purchase Parking Permit Online (Student)
General parking permits are available for purchase online or in the Parking and Commuter Services office located in the University Police Building.
Fall 2015 permits purchased online on or before 08/16/15 will be mailed to the address on file with the University. Permits purchased on or after 08/17/15 must be picked up at the Parking and Commuter Services office by the student. Student must show ID.

Click student center on left side
Click Make a Payment in the center of the screen
Click Parking Permits and then select parking permit you wish to purchase.

This link will re-direct you to My CSUSM. From there please log into you student services financial account, go to make a payment and choose the purchase a permit option.
Parking and Commuter Services assumes no responsibility for incorrect mailing addresses. If the address shown in SMARTWeb is not correct, please cancel your request. Address changes must be completed in the Enrollment Services office prior to ordering your permit.
Since November 1, 2002 credit card payments have been processed by Smart Pay, a service owned and operated by Informed Decisions, Corp. (IDC)By partnering with IDC we are now able to accept, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Visa, and Electronic checks. A convenience fee of 2.9% will be added to your credit card payment and collected by IDC. You will leave Cal State San Marcos web services to use the IDC Smart Pay system. You will need to log in again using your campus SMART web ID and PIN. Your data will be kept private and only used by Cal State San Marcos and the service provider, IDC.
