Purchase Parking Permit Online (Student)
Summer and fall 2009 parking permits are available for purchase. All general permits can be purchased in the Parking and Commuter Services office located in FCB 107 (Foundation Classroom Building) and in the cashier's office in the Cougar Central (Craven 3800). All other permits are available in the Parking and Commuter Services office.

Summer permits that are purchased online will not be mailed out. The permits are available for pick up in the Parking and Commuter Services office located in FCB 107.

Students that purchase their fall '09 parking permit online will be entered into a drawing to have their parking permit fee refunded.* There will be TWO lucky winners.
Permits purchased on or before August 17, 2009 will be sent to your mailing address. Permits purchased online after this date are available for pick up in the Parking and Commuter Services office located in FCB 107.
*Refund for Fall '09 parking permit only; will not include convenience fee.

This link will re-direct you to My CSUSM. From there please log into you student services financial account, go to make a payment and choose the purchase a permit option.
Parking and Commuter Services assumes no responsibility for incorrect mailing addresses. If the address shown in SMARTWeb is not correct, please cancel your request. Address changes must be completed in the Enrollment Services office prior to ordering your permit.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Since November 1, 2002 credit card payments have been processed by Smart Pay, a service owned and operated by Informed Decisions, Corp. (IDC)By partnering with IDC we are now able to accept, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Electronic checks. IDC is no longer able to accept Visa. A convenience fee of 2.9% will be added to your payment and collected by IDC. You will leave the Cal State San Marcos web services to use the IDC Smart Pay system. You will need to log in again using your campus SMART web ID and PIN. Your data will be kept private and only used by Cal State San Marcos and the service provider, IDC.
