Planning:
PDC provides forward thinking to support the Academic needs of the University and secure funding for future projects through the CSU Capital Outlay process.
Design:
PDC manages all new building designs through the development and implementation of the CSUSM Campus Master Plan.
Construction:
PDC manages and monitors all construction efforts in a fiscally responsible, timely, sustainable and efficient manner.
