Mission:

In support of the vision, values and goals of Cal State San Marcos and Administrative Services, Planning Design & Construction is committed to:

• Implementing the Campus Master Plan
• Developing the Capital Outlay Proposal to support the Academic Master Plans.
• Negotiating and managing contracts for the design of new buildings, infrastructure and major renovation projects.
• Managing and monitoring construction efforts in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensuring that all space plans and policies promote maximum utilization.
