The McMahan House project constructed four buildings and a courtyard for meeting accommodations and dining opportunities for campus and community members. The 3,238 square feet main building includes a great room for meeting and dining, a foyer, and support areas. The complex also includes a 600 sf covered patio, a 596sf Library, a 416 sf Retreat Room and 500 sf Tower Room for University gatherings. The project was financed solely by gift funds.
