University Hall was completed and occupied in July 1998.  This building was the first of its kind on the Cal State University San Marcos campus.  The building was programmed to have an array of classroom configurations from casework, tables and chairs, and tablet armchairs.  It was a test building for future campus buildings to determine how students responded to different methods of learning.  This building currently houses the College of Education, Health, and Human Services (CEHHS) faculty as well as most of its classes.
