Construction is underway for this facility dedicated solely for student union functions at the campus. Phase I will include conference rooms, food services, lounges, retail space, meeting rooms, student organizations offices, recreational and game areas and student union administrative offices for a total of 89,000 gross square feet. Phase II (future addition) will add more food services, conference rooms and more student organization offices. The funding for the University Student Union will be from the University Student Union Fee program.

Design and Construction Schedule:
January 2012: Design Completed.
February 2012: Construction Begins.
September 2013: Anticipated Construction Completion.
January 2014: Anticipated Occupancy.
