California State University San Marcos continues to look towards the horizon to see what future projects lie ahead. The campus is continuously expanding and developing new buildings to better serve the students, faculty and staff. Capital Projects begin with the vision of a new building or project in support of the academic master plan and end with the successful completion and occupancy. Capital Projects take anywhere between six to seven years from concept to occupancy.
