PDC provides forward thinking to support the academic mission of the University and strategic planning for future projects through the CSU Capital Outlay process.
PDC manages all new building designs through the development and implementation of the CSUSM campus building standards. PDC, through the use of lessons learned, strives to create higher standards for each new building.
PDC manages and monitors all construction efforts in a fiscally responsible, timely, safe, sustainable and efficient manner.
