| Definition: | Where possible, existing upper division courses which meet the criteria of lower division General Education should be approved as substitutes. This should be done on a policy level and students should be widely informed of this option.The Humanities 300 & 301 sequence which is being instituted for 1993 & 1994 as a team taught course should be used to clear the lower division sequence in Western Civilization/Humanities or upper division GE in the Humanities (not both). |
