E. Risk Management & Safety will be the final
depository for the Guidelines and Limitations for Student
Field Placement forms. These documents will be
kept on file for a maximum of one-year if there is no
report of an incident.
Any injuries or accidents to students are to be
reported by the student, faculty and/or community
organization to the Director of Risk Management &
Safety, ext. 4510, for investigation.
