HP Toner & Ink Cartridges

The CSU has been supporting the KTEK initiative, a joint venture with OfficeMax and The Chancellors Office, to provide a lower cost alternative to HP toner & ink cartridge products. This initiative has the potential to save the CSU approximately $500,000.00 per year. In our efforts to support the initiative and to secure savings for our campus, the KTEK alternate will automatically be substituted for HP selections when processing orders through OfficeMax.

Not all HP products have an alternate KTEK solution; therefore we have identified other sources, which can be utilized when HP toner products are not available through the KTEK initiative. Use of ProCard is authorized to purchase toner from either of these vendors.
