Running

horse
wild and free
elegant but strong
its tail waving in the wind
running through the open plains in my mind
always with me
horse never stops running
as free and as in control as a god
I fear the danger
and the danger that could come next
just keep on running free.
Don’t stop,
nothing but dust, a path of grass and a lake,
and running, lots of running
keep running don’t stop running
running from what? I don’t know,
but don’t stop running....
