How do I get 'so and so' OnBase Access ?

Please fill out the Access Request Form and describe what documents you will need to access or the desired purpose of the request.

What Application do I use to Access OnBase?  

IITS recommends ALL OnBase users use the OnBase Unity Client.

Mac Users - Please use CougarApps, http://cougarapps.csusm.edu

There is a Web Browser version of OnBase, but the Browser versions for both PC (Internet Explorer ONLY) and Mac (Safari ONLY) are very limited. Google Chrome and Mozilla FireFox are not supported. 

IITS recommends ALL OnBase users use the OnBase Unity Client, but you can connect using https://onbase.csusm.edu.

How do I connect to OnBase from Off Campus or via Wireless On Campus?

Users can use CougarApps, http://cougarapps.csusm.edu, to access OnBase Off Campus or from a wireless connection On Campus.

Each project will have a Departmental Functional Area Lead (FAL). Please contact that person for instructions or documentation. If unknown, please contact the Faculty and Staff Help Desk and they will help find who to contact.
