We're here to give you and your loved ones a helping hand. Come to find helpful information, resources, and  contacts to make your family's life a little easier. Bring the whole family for a fun and education filled day that will bring your family closer together.

Activities include:

• Resource Fair featuring North County resources (Outdoors)

• Local Vendors (Outdoors)

• Activities for Seniors (Indoors)

• Small Seminars for Caregivers and Family Members (Indoors)

• Walks for you and your loved ones around the Senior Center that range from ¹/₄ to 1 mile
