Research Fair Submission Form

To submit to the Research Fair, fill out all of the required information in the form below. Be sure that you fill out the form accurately and check your information before clicking the submit button.  The submission deadline is Friday, March 15, 2013.

The submission fee is $10 and includes lunch for up to four presenters. Additional lunches are $5 per author. If you are on the CSUSM campus, you may drop off your payment to Gardie Lueders in SBSB 3222. If you are not on the CSUSM campus, you may mail your payment to Gardie Lueders, Psychology Department, 333 S. Twin Oaks Valley Road, San Marcos, CA 92096-0001. Please print and include a copy of your submission with your payment. If you pay by check, make it out to UARSC (University Auxiliary and Research Services Corporation).

Please do NOT include CSUSM faculty co-authors in your list of authors.
